Family Membership includes 2 adults in the same household and 4 children ages 14-24 also in the same household.
Project FIT is here to provide our members with an environment that is welcoming, friendly, comfortable, fun, attractive, clean and safe. We strive to make the center an educational vehicle for the community in the field of health and wellness. Our goal is to be a significant asset to the community. We are located behind the Shelter Island School on School Street. HOURS: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 12:00 pm 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
